It's not possible to present all the projects we've had the pleasure of supporting over our years, so here are a few highlights.

Putting our money where our mouth is, we followed our passion in the pursuit of something exceptional. Straying from the norm of using Far-East Asian manufacturing capacity, we pioneered the manufacture of carbon-fibre race bikes in the UK. We now construct the world's fastest race bikes entirely under one roof at our Staffordshire facility. When we say we know what it is to care for a project and want it to succeed beyond all else, this is why.

“The CALLUM Lounge Chair is fresh, elegant and has an efficient 'lightness', both physically and visually, thanks to an exposed carbon fibre 'spine'. We have paired this with a sophisticated wood finish and bespoke luxury leather trim for an end result that is chic and refined.” — Ian Callum, Design Director at CALLUM

Designed to go where conventional vehicles cannot, the Fering Pioneer demands exceptional strength, durability and lightweight performance. Kamm was tasked with realising its complex carbon-fibre monocoque chassis within challenging constraints, developing the tooling and manufacturing solutions required to deliver a structure engineered for some of the world's harshest environments.

Great engineering can make ambitious design accessible to everyone. Working in pursuit of CALLUM's vision on the eVITA electric wheelchair-accessible vehicle, Kamm helped translate an innovative concept into a physical reality. With demanding timescales, the programme required an intelligent approach to composite manufacturing without compromising the design intent.

Producing lightweight carbon-fibre structures at scale presents a very different challenge to manufacturing them individually. Working with MUOV, Kamm applied its expertise in composite engineering to develop a bicycle frame manufacturing process designed to combine structural performance, production efficiency and commercial scalability.

Some projects demand more than conventional engineering solutions. The Gibbs Humdinga was one of them. Tasked with transforming an ambitious amphibious vehicle prototype into a repeatable manufacturing programme, Kamm overcame significant challenges in materials, tooling and structural complexity. The result demonstrated the value of approaching seemingly impossible manufacturing problems with ingenuity and determination.

Over six years, we supported Bentley Motors across some of its most prestigious vehicle programmes, from bespoke Mulliner commissions to series production vehicles. The relationship demanded an uncompromising approach to quality, combining specialist composite manufacturing with the consistency, precision and reliability expected of one of the world's most respected automotive marques.
