Bentley Motors

Over six years, we supported Bentley Motors across some of its most prestigious vehicle programmes, from bespoke Mulliner commissions to series production vehicles. The relationship demanded an uncompromising approach to quality, combining specialist composite manufacturing with the consistency, precision and reliability expected of one of the world's most respected automotive marques.

Composite Manufacturing for British Automotive Excellence

We developed and manufactured over 100 different composite components across six Bentley vehicle platforms, supporting everything from exclusive Mulliner Park Ward projects and the Queen's Jubilee Bentley to the Continental GTC and Arnage. The programme centred on Structural Reinforced Injection Moulding (S-RIM) and glass-mat reinforced polyurethane components. We developed temperature-controlled tooling, using both heated epoxy and machined aluminium solutions, to accommodate a wide range of component geometries and production requirements. Operating as a Tier 1 supplier to the Volkswagen Group, we supported Bentley from concept development and design for manufacture through to series production, establishing the equipment, quality systems and lean manufacturing processes necessary to deliver approximately 1,000 components per week.
